Streszczenie
Podejmowanie decyzji w złożonych systemach gospodarczych, jakimi są przedsiębiorstwa, jest zadaniem trudnym i wymagającym odpowiedniego podejścia. Najczęściej wiąże się z konstruowaniem odpowiedniego modelu, w którym można symulować działanie całego systemu z punktu widzenia wielu heterogenicznych podmiotów. W artykule przybliżono problematykę modelowania zachowania agentów w wieloagentowych systemach symulacyjnych stosowanych w zarządzaniu oraz wskazano podstawowe uwarunkowania zachowania agentów-decydentów.

Summary
The decision making in complex economic systems, such as enterprises, is a difficult task and requires a proper approach. Most often it is connected with constructing of the proper model, where is possible to simulate the entire system operation from the heterogeneous entities point of view. The aim of the article is to introduce the issue of agent behaviour modellling in multi-agent simulation systems used in the management and indicate main determinants of agent (decision-maker) behaviour.
