Transformacja rozpoczęła się pokojowymi negocjacjami i uzgodnieniami przy Okrągłym Stole wszystkich ważnych stron ówczesnej Polski.
Dwadzieścia pięć lat temu w Genewie twórca i wynalazca elektronicznych stron internetowych sir Tim Berners-Lee rozpoczął globalne rewolucje w internetowej e-komunikacji, e-biznesie i internetowych społecznościach.
Pięćdziesiąt lat temu w Santa Monika w Kalifornii w RAND Corporation Paul Baran opracował techniczny wynalazek Internetu jako unikatowe rozwiązanie komunikacyjne, z którego skorzystał po 1989 roku globalny sektor finansowy. Dzisiaj miliardy internautów korzysta codziennie globalnego Internetu z jego dobrymi i złymi cechami.

Summary
Twenty-five years ago, Poland launched a peaceful revolutionary transformation of the states and societies of Central and Eastern Europe similarly politically dependent on the Soviet Union. The transformation began peace negotiations and arrangements at the Round Table of all the important parts of the then Polish society.
Twenty-five years ago in Geneva, the founder and inventor of the „www” Sir Tim Berners -Lee launched the global revolutions of the e-communication , e-business and e-communities.
Fifty years ago in Santa Monica, California, RAND Corporation, Paul Baran developed a technical invention of the Internet as a new unique communication solution, which benefited after 1989 global financial sector. Today, billions of internet users daily global Internet with its good and bad parties.
Tim Berners-Lee wants freedoms. Internet should remain a neutral medium, which can be used without the feeling that someone is watching a man by the arm. At the same time he realizes that the Internet represents what humans both wonderful and ghastly.
The spread of e-business co-created both great gains in technical exchanges and big declines in the stock markets and the economy-wide technical.
Instability economies hampered market transformation processes. The instability of world economic development is not inhibited the growth of global R&D sector. The development of ICT and internet cloud are normal process of economic and technical optimization in our time.
Global ICT companies occupy more and better place in the rankings of global firms, in particular, innovative companies.
