W pracy podjęto próbę opracowania założeń oraz koncepcji Systemu Informacji Przestrzennej dla Wojewódzkiego Centrum Zarządzania Kryzysowego Zachodniopomorskiego Urzędu Wojewódzkiego, które mogą stać się wytycznymi podczas wdrożenia i dopasowania systemu do potrzeb Centrum. Praca zawiera opis proponowanych etapów tworzenia profilowanego systemu, a jej głównym efektem jest stworzenie „Mapy przynależności danych oraz funkcji do użytkowników”.

Spatial Information System plays a large role in the implementation of the tasks the Crisis Management Center, which is why the scope of its functions should be adapted to the needs of its users. Proper configuration of the system significantly affects the response times of the Centre, which depends on the speed of decision making to a large extent based on the stored information in the SIP.
