The use of e-learning technology by educationalentities in Świętokrzyskie voivodeship

New technologies and informatics solutions are something natural for „digital natives” - as M. Prensky has described students. Students learn visually, not focusing attention too long on one thing. They know how to find quickly interesting information, convert it and, what is most important, they feel comfortable in the world of modern technology.
Meanwhile, education entities and teachers who work in them often use analog solutions (books, chalk and blackboard), what not always matches the requirements and needs of students. Despite all, Polish education is changing, as exemplified by the perception of e-learning by the Ministry of Education, which currently works on alternation of the Act of the education system, to regulate the legal status of online education as a full-fledged form of teaching. The law will not change anything, just catch up with reality, because universities and higher education (and in some cases, secondary and primary schools as well) effectively use the Internet as a tool for learning and transmitting knowledge and teachers teach themselves online, trying to use Internet tools and e-learning in education.
The article presents the results of analysis of the use of systems and e-learning tools in the educational entities in the Świętokrzyskie region. It presents utilization of ICT tools in teaching and presenting a knowledge and ways to communicate on the teacher-student level in educational entities of the considered geographical area.
