SOCIAL LEARNING – INFORMAL LEARNING IN ORGANIZATION

Summary

Nowadays, no one would challenge the power of influence and the possibility of using the Internet and available IT systems. Modern enterprises, in order to remain competitive in the market and be successful, are forced to use the latest tools to manage the company, that provides IT market. More and more Polish managers take a decisions to implement an integrated information systems in their companies – for production, sales and management of training and intellectual development of their workers. Thanks to positive experience of its western partners, a number of benefi ts and the booming e-learning industry they initiate latest learning solutions. One of them that is called social learning is increasingly used by western corporations, but still not so popular in Polish enterprises – as indicated by the results of recent studies.
