Summary
Search engines optimization is essential for companies selling products online. Main reason for this is related to limited space where only fi rst two pages are retrieved by internet users and big competition often counting millions of pages. In article research results are presented related to search engines optimization by drugstores websites and expectations form its potential customers. Conducted research covered such areas as potential keywords typed in search engines by customers and its relation to optimization in drugstores home pages. Other part of research is related to factors infl uencing websites positions in search engines as number of links and WebPages indexed by two search engines Google and Yahoo.
