Summary
Nowadays the Internet is already the major source of tourist information for travelers because services and information offered via Internet are accessible from different locations. In the paper, the authors try to define e-tourism and analyze the city homepages of selected six Polish cities to find out useful touristic information for visitors. Considering the webpages the stress was put on the services and applications connected with ICT technologies like mobile applications and audioguides. Authors have written also about initiatives not included or even mentioned on homepages.
