Summary

The article presents the problem of functionality analysis of selected Web 2.0 portals. Thus the term of Web 2.0 and the role of Web 2.0 portals were described in details. The specified comparative analysis of the most popular Web 2.0 portals was a base of an author’s taxonomy structure of given solutions.
