THE USE OF THE E-GOVERNMENT SERVICES IN POLAND ON THE BACKGROUND OF OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
Summary
This article presents the analysis of usage of electronic public services by suppliants in relations with the government in Poland and other countries of the European Union. Firstly, on the basis of inquiry findings social expectations towards using of e-government solutions were characterized. Further more, there were presented results of research of clerks’ attitudes towards using of the Internet to the communication with organs of the government. Finally, there was analyzed the degree of using of e-government solutions by natural persons and firms in Poland and other countries of the European Union in years 2004–2005. The dynamics of the e-services development in the investigated period was characterized.
