Streszczenie
Budowanie przewagi konkurencyjnej przez przedsiębiorstwo często wiąże się w praktyce z naruszeniem reguł konkurencji. Zdarza się, że reguły te uznawane są przez przedsiębiorców za utrudnienie w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem, stanowiąc barierę jego rozwoju. W artykule przedstawiono obszary działalności przedsiębiorstw, które podlegają szczególnemu nadzorowi ze strony organów antymonopolowych, a tym samym obciążone są ryzykiem dotkliwych sankcji finansowych.

Abstact
Building a competitive advantage of the company is often in practice associated with a violation of the competition rules. These rules are considered by some entrepreneurs as an impediment to the management of the company and the barrier of its development. The study presents the areas of companies’ activities which are the subject to special supervision by antitrust authorities and thus the subject to risks of severe financial penalties.
