STRESZCZENIE
Podstawowym miernikiem poziomu kapitału ludzkiego jest szeroko pojęte kształcenie, gdyż ma bezpośredni wpływ na wszystkie elementy tego kapitału i jego konkurencyjność. Celem niniejszego opracowania jest ocena konkurencyjności kapitału ludzkiego kobiet i mężczyzn w Polsce dokonana na podstawie powyższego miernika. Przyjętym okresem badawczym były lata 2005–2013.

THE COMPETITIVENESS OF HUMAN CAPITAL OF WOMEN AND MEN IN POLAND
Abstract
The fundamental measure of the level of human capital is broadly defi ned education, because it has a direct impact on all elements of this capital and its competitiveness. The aim of this elaboration is the assessment of competitiveness of human capital of women and men in Poland based on a above mentioned measure. The analysed period covers the years 2005–2013.
