STRESZCZENIE
W artykule podjęto próbę zbadania zasobów kapitału ludzkiego oraz jego zróżnicowania w powiatach województwa zachodniopomorskiego. Dokonano hierarchizacji powiatów, opierając się na syntetycznym wskaźniku zasobów kapitału ludzkiego (WZKL). Analizę przeprowadzono w ujęciu przestrzennym i czasowym, wykorzystując dane Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego Banku Danych Lokalnych oraz dane pochodzące z Narodowego Spisu Powszechnego.

SPATIAL DIFFERENTIATION OF HUMAN CAPITAL RESOURCES IN ZACHODNIOPOMORSKIE REGION
Abstract
The main objective of this article is to examine human capital resources on Western Pomerania counties and to compare their differentiation. The synthetic indicator of human capital resources (WZKL) were used in the study. It allowed the determination of HC potential in all counties. Then, based on the obtained value of the HC ratio to make the hierarchy of counties. The analysis will be carried out in spatial and time dimension. The subject of spatial analysis will be counties on Western Pomerania, in particular their indicators of human capital resources. The available literature, statistical data of the Central Statistical Office, of the BDL (the Bank of Local Data), census data and data of the WUP (Voivodeship Labour Office) sources were used to reach the assumed goal.
