STRESZCZENIE
W artykule zaprezentowano deskrypcję koncepcji flexicurity oraz zarys elastycznych form zatrudnienia występujących na polskim rynku pracy. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie modelu flexicurity oraz określenie udziału atypowych form zatrudnienia w ogólnym zatrudnieniu w kontekście tworzenia polskiego modelu flexicurity, a także przedstawienie omawianej koncepcji jako alternatywnego rozwiązania w stosunku do tradycyjnych metod prowadzącego do zmniejszenia poziomu bezrobocia. W pierwszej części artykułu zaprezentowano założenia dotyczące koncepcji flexicurity. Druga część opracowania zawiera opis udziału wybranych elastycznych form zatrudnienia na polskim rynku pracy.

ANALISYS OF SELECTED FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT IN POLISH THE LABOUR MARKET IN THE CONTEXT OF CONCEPT FLEXICURITY
Abstract
The article presents the characteristics of the concept of flexicurity and the outline of flexible forms of employment occurring on the Polish labor market. The aim of this paper is to present a model of flexicurity, and to determine the share of flexible forms of employment in the Polish labor market in the context of creating Polish flexicurity and to present this concept as an alternative to traditional methods leading to a reduction in the level of unemployment. In the first part of the article presents the assumptions regarding the concept of flexicurity. The second part of the paper contains a description of the participation of some flexible forms of employment in the Polish labor market.
