Summary
The essence of non-government debt securities issue by companies is attract additional sources of financing business, however, it is expect to that funds will be used for investments rather than for operational activities. The author verified in the article what was the real purpose of the issue by corporate bonds and short-term debt in the Catalyst market.
In this market totally debuting 17 issuers, of which 7 were of interest. Analysis of the contents information documents showed, that the measures were primarily used to finance capital turnover, recapitalization of the companies-owners or debt restructuring. Negative phenomenon was from corporate already quote on the stock market. They not informed about debt issuance. That may suggest the lack of a sense of responsibility on their part, which also can lead to abuse later.
