Streszczenie
W części teoretycznej artykułu zwrócono uwagę na efekty oddziaływania bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych na handel międzynarodowy. Przywołano koncepcje wskazujące na substytucyjny i komplementarny związek między nimi. Odniesiono się również do wpływu BIZ na zmiany jakościowe struktury towarowej eksportu. W części empirycznej skupiono uwagę na polskim eksporcie przetwórstwa przemysłowego, ponieważ koncentruje się działalność eksportowa podmiotów z udziałem kapitału zagranicznego, a istotna część polskiego eksportu przetwórczego przypada na te podmioty. Przeprowadzono analizę
zmian struktury towarowej polskiego eksportu w kontekście dynamiki procesu jej upodabniania ze strukturą eksportu państw grupy G7 i podjęto próbę określenia, na ile można uzasadnić to aktywnością podmiotów z udziałem kapitału zagranicznego.

THE IMPACT OF FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT TO CHANGES IN THE COMMODITY STRUCTURE OF POLISH EXPORTS
Abstract
In the theoretical part of the article draws attention to the effects of the impact of foreign direct investment on international trade. The article refers to concepts indicating the substitution and complementary relationship between them. Reference was made also to the impact of FDI on qualitative changes in the commodity structure of exports. In the empirical part focuses on the Polish manufacturing exports. It is here that focuses the export activity of companies with foreign participation and an important part of the Polish manufacturing exports falls on these companies. The article examined the changes in the commodity structure of Polish exports in the context of the dynamics of its convergence process to the exports structure of the G7 countries. An attempt was made to determine how it can be justified by the activity of entities with foreign capital.
