Streszczenie
W funkcjonowaniu każdego przedsiębiorstwa może dojść do sytuacji kryzyso-wych. Same kryzysy mają rozmaitą naturę, jednak ich istnienie zawsze ma niekorzystny wpływ na działanie organizacji. Jedne z najtrudniejszych i najbardziej swoistych kryzysów dotyczą sfery finansów. Wskazuje się na określone symptomy tego typu zagrożeń, zaś niezwykle istotne jest odpowiednio wczesne wykrywanie czynników mogących prowadzić do kryzysu finansowego w przedsiębiorstwie.
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie głównych typologii kryzysów w przedsiębior-stwie. Następnie na ich tle zarysowany został kryzys finansowy. Wskazano jego najważniejsze symptomy oraz uwarunkowania.

Summary
The functioning of enterprise may lead to its crisis. It can be of various nature, but their existence always has a negative impact on the operation of the organization. The most difficult and the most specific crises are connected with the financial sphere. There are the specific symptoms of this type of crisis, and it is the most important to the timely detection of the factors that may lead to a financial crisis in the company.
The purpose of this article is to present the main typology of crises in the company and next the specificity of the financial crisis. The most important symptoms and conditions of this kind of crisis was discussed in this article too.
