Streszczenie
Długotrwałe bezrobocie jest zjawiskiem niepożądanym. U osób długotrwale bezrobotnych zauważono dezaktualizację posiadanej wiedzy, zanik posiadanych umie-jętności i spadek ich samooceny. W artykule analizie poddano takie cechy, jak: płeć, wykształcenie, staż pracy, czas pozostawania bez pracy oraz wiek długotrwale bez-robotnych w powiecie sulęcińskim. Badanie bezrobocia poprzedzono analizą demo-graficzną powiatu. Okres badania obejmował lata 2007–2011. Wynikiem przeprowa-dzonej analizy było zidentyfikowanie grupy osób najbardziej zagrożonych problemem długotrwałego bezrobocia.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF LONG-TERM UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE COUNTY SULĘCIN IN 2007–2011
Abstract
Long-term unemployment is an undesirable phenomenon. It was noticed that the knowledge of a long-term unemployed person is becoming outdated and his skills and self-esteem are decreasing. This paper examines the long-term unemployed in the county Sulęcin, taking into consideration their gender, education, work experience, duration of unemployment and age. The study was preceded by the demographic analysis of the county. The period covered by the study was 2007–2011. As the result of the analysis it was possible to identify the groups of people for whom the risk of long-term unemployment is the highest.
