Streszczenie
Dokonując analizy procesów zachodzących w gospodarce, można stwierdzić, że rynek usług telekomunikacyjnych jest obecnie jednym z najbardziej dynamicznie rozwijających się sektorów. Rynek ten jest narzędziem budowania relacji między jego uczestnikami w skali lokalnej, krajowej czy globalnej, zatem konieczne jest kreowanie inwestycji, szczególnie o charakterze infrastrukturalnym. Ważną rolę odgrywa w tym aspekcie polityka regulacyjna, która jest jednym z instrumentów oddziaływania państwa na gospodarkę. Ważne jest, aby stosowane instrumenty były efektywne. Głównym celem artykułu jest ocena inwestycji telekomunikacyjnych w kontekście prowadzonej polityki regulacyjnej w Polsce w latach2006–2010.

THE TELECOMMUNICATION INVESTMENTS IN CONTEXT OF CHANGE OF THE REGULATION ENVIRONMENT IN POLAND DURING 2006–2010
Summary
Analysing the processes that are taking place in the economy, one can conclude that the branch of telecommunications services is at present the most dynamically developing sector. This market is the instrument of creating the cooperation between participants of markets in local scale, national and global. It’s necessary to create of investments, mainly infrastructural ones. Very important role here plays regulation policy, which is nowadays thought to be one of the most important means of influence that a state can exert on economy. To achieve it, regulations should be effective. The principal aim of the article is assessment of investments in the telecommunication services market in context regulationpolicy in Poland during 2006–2010.
