Streszczenie
Przeprowadzone badania stanowią próbę wyjaśnienia zróżnicowania związków w sektorze małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w przestrzeni regionalnej. Na ich podstawie określić można nasilenie związków pomiędzy głównymi kategoriami rozwoju sektora MSP w regionach: liczbą aktywnych przedsiębiorstw, nakładami inwestycyjnymi i utworzonymi miejscami pracy w sektorze. W identyfikacji związków zastosowano specyficzne dla danych przekrojowo-czasowych modele panelowe. Spośród modeli z tej grupy zastosowano modele z efektami losowymi. Pozwalają one ocenić występowanie zróżnicowania efektów indywidualnych w regionach, co stanowić może ważną informację w analizie rozwoju sektora w przestrzeni regionalnej.

ECONOMETRIC MODELLING THE DIFFERENTIATION RELATIONSHIPS IN THE SECTOR OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN THE REGIONAL SPACE
Summary
The study represents an attempt to clarify differences in the associations of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region. Based on this, the intensity of the relationship between the main categories of the development of the SME sector in the regions: the number of active firms, capital investment and jobs created in the sector can be determined. In the identification of compounds specific to the cross-sectional time data – panel models were used. Among the models in this group used random effects models. Allow them to assess the effects of the presence of individual differences in the regions, which is important information in the analysis of the development of the sector in regional space.
