Streszczenie
W artykule przedstawiono wpływ wykorzystania funduszy unijnychPoziom infrastruktury technicznej, szczególnie w zakresie gospodarki wodno-ściekowej, jest ważnym czynnikiem aktywizacji wsi, szczególnie w kierunku jej wielofunkcyjnego rozwoju. W artykule przedstawiono analizę stanu infrastruktury wodno-kanalizacyjnej na obszarach wiejskich, która prowadzi do wniosku, że pomimo znacznego wzrostu w ostatnich latach inwestycji w tej dziedzinie jej stan nadal nie jest wystarczający. Jeśli w najbliższych latach nie zostaną podjęte intensywne i skuteczne wysiłki w tym kierunku, a poziom infrastruktury w zakresie gospodarki wodnej – mimo ogromnego znaczenia dla rozwoju obszarów wiejskich – nie ulegnie istotnemu wzmocnieniu, przełoży się to na atrakcyjność, a w konsekwencji konkurencyjność tych obszarów.

INFLUENCE OF TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE ON ATTRACTIVENESS OF RURAL AREAS
Summary
The level of technical infrastructure, particularly in the range of water – wastewater is an important factor in stimulating rural development in the direction of its function of socio – economic. The aim of article is explain the level of technical infrastructure in the range of water – wastewater management in rural areas. Presented in the article the analysis of condition of infrastructure water-sewage in rural areas leads to the conclusion that despite signifi cant growth in recent years the amount of investment in this area, her condition is not suffi cient. If in the coming years are not taken, intensive and effective efforts in this direction then the level of infrastructure in range of water management – in spite of major importance for the development of rural areas-will not be signifi cantly strengthened. This would translate into the attractiveness and consequently the competitiveness of these areas, thereby reducing the possibility of multifunctional development.
