REORGANIZATION AS REACTION TO CHANGES (ON AN EXAMPLE CHEMICAL WORKS “POLICE” SA)

Summary
The essence of reorganization of enterprises operating in constantly changing environment is presented in the article.
The necessity of changes implementation leading to raising the management effectiveness concerns all kind of enterprises: small, medium and large and both these with bad financial results and seeking for reasons of their existence and these economically strong entities facing up the competitiveness challenge. The reorganization is perceived differently depending on the size of an enterprise, the scale of problem and the company’s goal. The ongoing changes result from activity of different structural entities of the enterprise and mutual interaction of technical and organizational problems with economic problems. Moreover they are spread in time, that is why some of them may appear quickly and some of them after a longer time.
