Summary
This article reviews different defi nitions of a development of human capital, in-job training and evolution. To sum up the process of improvement includes modernization and expansion of the knowledge and abilities that is used in practice of job position. Education plan bases on intellectual capability of the most important employee in the company who has individual path of professional development. In other words, one can understand “self–investment” of employee as the way to achieve professional goals.
