CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN FAMILY BUSINESS
Summary
The aim of his article is to show the problem of connection the corporate governance and the family company. The specifi c character of a family business, concentration of ownership and control by owner, determines the shape of corporate governance in private family fi rm. The basic, internal mechanism of supervisory system is the board of directors/supervisory board in stead of outside mechanisms such as the capital market or the company control market which has been applied in other company.
