AN ANALISYS OF PRIVATIZATIONS INCOMES’ IN THE STATE COMPANIES IN POLAND BETWEEN 1990–2007
Summary
The main subject of the article is the process of privatization analysis’ in the aspect of using incomes (privatization direct and indirect). Poland has proceed more slowly and carefully with this process. By the end of 2007 more than 68 percent of state enterprises were privatized.
As in the 1990–1993 period the most successful form of privatization was direct privatization, which means the enterprises were liquidated in the whole or in part with the assets going to a completely new company. But the main source of privatization incomes were indirect privatization. For instance 1997–2004 period gave nearly 90 percent incomes.
The main direction of using privatization incomes were budget. The financing of budget deficit had been supported by the privatization incomes’ from 1998 to 2007.
