TRANSFORMATIONS IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN SERVICES
Summary
Nowadays awareness of the problems of trade in services is growing. This results from the fact that increase of services became an economic regularity and also a requirement of the development in the present world. Growing role of services in the world economy can be observed from the second half of the twentieth century, but particularly from the beginning of previous decade. The structure of international trade in services has changed during that period. The paper presents transformations in international trade in services and develops the issue of modern services.
