Summary
The purpose of this paper was to present indirectly the results of Poland’s EU membership for foreign liabilities creation mechanism. Therefore, in connection with the accession the factors were shown, which have influenced – negatively or positively – the scale of debt total, the subjective structure of debt and the liability generating fi nancial instruments structure.
