THE PROCESS OF STRATEGIC RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE ENTERPRISE
Summary
The article presents the process of strategic risk management. This process will be defined as the formulation and implementation of plans and the carrying out of activities relating to matters which are of vital, or continuing importance to the total organization. A strategic system of risk management is any part of business organization which is treated separately for strategic management purposes. This system is a very importance issue for each enterprise especially for avoiding losses.
