Streszczenie:
Cel – przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza procesu zarządzania ryzykiem w jednostkach sektora finansów publicznych. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja autorskiego modelu rejestru ryzyka. Metodologia badania – wykorzystane metody badawcze to: studia literatury i przepisów prawnych, a także krytyczna analiza dokumentów wewnętrznych badanej jednostki. Wynik – artykuł prezentuje model rejestru ryzyka i przykładowe wewnętrzne procedury zarządzania ryzykiem w jednostce budżetowej. Oryginalność/wartość – w artykule opisano model kompleksowego rejestru ryzyka oraz zaprezentowano zadania i organizację pionu głównego księgowego w badanej jednostce budżetowej, w której przeprowadzono analizę ryzyka z wykorzystaniem opracowanego modelu rejestru ryzyka.

THE MODEL OF THE RISK REGISTER IN THE UNITS OF PUBLIC FINANCE SECTOR
Abstract:
Purpose – the object of the pape is to analyze the risk management process in the entity of the public sector. The purpose of this article is to present the author’s model of the risk register. Design/methodology/approach – in response to needs of this paper, literature, current law and regulations study was done, and critical analysis of the internal documents of the studied entity was conducted. Findings – the article presents internal documents and examples of procedures of risk management, which regulate the range of responsibility for risk management in the budgetary unit. Originality/value – the article describes the complex risk register, as well as tasks and organisation of work of the Chief Accountant’s Department in the budgetary unit, in which the risk analysis was conducted with the use of the risk register.
