Streszczenie:
Cel – celem artykułu jest prezentacja metod kontroli finansowej planu zadaniowego w jednostce sektora finansów publicznych na przykładzie Palmiarni Poznańskiej – jednostki budżetowej Miasta Poznania. Metodologia badania – studia przepisów prawa i literatury oraz analiza zarządzeń i dokumentów wewnętrznych badanej jednostki. Wynik – w artykule zaprezentowano procedury kontroli finansowej stanowiącej element kontroli zarządczej w badanej jednostce. Oryginalność/wartość – artykuł przedstawia obszary kontroli zarządczej i prezentuje rejestr kontroli finansowej w badanej jednostce.

METHODS OF FINANCIAL CONTROL OF A TASK PLAN OF POZNAN PALM HOUSE AS AN ELEMENT OF MANAGEMENT CONTROL
Abstract:
Purpose – the purpose of this article is to present the methods of financial control of a task plan in the public sector unit on the example of the Poznan Palm House, a Poznań City budget unit. Design/methodology/approach – in response to needs of this paper literature, current law and regulations study was done, and analysis of the internal documents of the studied unit was conducted. Findings – the article presents financial control procedures which are the part of management control in the studied unit. Originality/value – the article describes the areas of management control and analyzes the financial control register in the studied unit.
