Streszczenie
Cel – celem artykułu jest analiza świadomości controllingowej. Metodologia badania – artykuł bazuje na badaniach empirycznych wykonanych metodą ankietową. Wynik – stwierdzono, iż nie każda osoba wykonująca zadania controllera jest świadoma tego, że stosuje controlling. Ponadto wykazano, iż wśród osób zajmujących się controllingiem w sposób szczególnie intensywny występują osoby, które nie mają świadomości stosowania controllingu. Stwierdzono także, iż osoby nie wykonujące zadań z zakresu controllingu są świadome, iż controllingu nie stosują. Oryginalność/Wartość – wcześniej w literaturze przedmiotu nie analizowano świadomości stosowania controllingu, prezentowane badania są pierwszymi badaniami na ten temat.

CONTROLLING CONSCIOUSNESS. DECLARATIONS RELATED TO WORK IN CONTROLLING VERSUS REAL REALIZATION OF TASKS OF CONTROLLING
Abstract
Purpose – the purpose of the paper is to analyse controlling consciousness. Design/Methodology/Approach – the paper is based on the empiric research made by questionnaire method. Findings – it was concluded that not all the persons who do the controller’s task are aware of the fact that they use controlling. Moreover, it was shown that even in the group of people who do controlling in a very intensive way there are people who are not conscious of the fact that they use controlling. It was also found that people who do not do the controller’s tasks are aware of the fact that they do not use controlling. Originality/Value – in the literature the controlling consciousness has not been analyses previously and presented research is the first research that covers the mentioned subject.
