Streszczenie
Artykuł podejmuje temat znaczenia wartości likwidacyjnej. W artykule wskazano skalę likwidacji przedsiębiorstw – jako argument przemawiający za koniecznością upowszechniania wiedzy na temat kończenia działalności gospodarczej. Realizując główny cel artykułu, wskazano czynniki kształtujące wartość likwidacyjną oraz wpływ wyniku tej kalkulacji na decyzje podejmowane przez przedsiębiorców. Zaznaczono wagę szacunku wartości likwidacyjnej nie tylko w kryzysie i zagrożeniu niewypłacalnością, ale również w fazie inicjacji projektów.
LIQUIDATION VALUE AS A FACTOR AFFECTING STRATEGIC DECISIONS

The article brings up the subject of liquidation value’s significance. The scale of the liquidation of companies has been presented as an argument to popularize knowledge about termination of enterprises. Realizing the main goal of the article, the author indicates the factors, which affect the liquidation value and the influence of such calculations on the entrepreneur’s decisions. The importance of estimation of liquidation value has been emphasized, not only in the situation of crisis or threat of insolvency, but also in the phase of commencement of projects.
