Streszczenie
W artykule dokonano ekonometrycznego szacowania cen gruntów rolnych w krajach Unii Europejskiej. Proces modelowania właściwego poprzedzono wyborem istotnych zmiennych wpływających na cenność gruntów rolnych. W zbiorze zmiennych objaśniających znalazły się również takie, które charakteryzują wpływ polityki agrarnej poszczególnych państw członkowskich.

ECONOMETRIC MODEL OF AGRICULTURAL LAND PRICES
Abstract
The econometric estimation of agricultural lands’ prices in EU countries has been presented in the paper. The modeling process was preceded by a selection of relevant variables that had an impact on the price level of agricultural lands. Variables that describe the impact of rural policy of each EU member country were among the explanatory variables as well.
