Streszczenie
W artykule dokonano oceny stanu sektora finansów publicznych w wybranych krajach Unii Europejskiej i jego wpływu na gospodarkę. Zdaniem autorów, pomiędzy gospodarką a sektorem publicznym zachodzi sprzężenie zwrotne – szczególnie silne i widoczne w okresie recesji. Z jednej strony osłabienie gospodarcze negatywnie wpływa na kondycję budżetu, a z drugiej kryzys zadłużeniowy sektora finansów publicznych utrudnia skuteczną reakcję w okresie spadku koniunktury gospodarczej. Ponadto teoria cykli koniunkturalnych i analiza bieżących wskaźników makroekonomicznych wskazuje, że brak dyscypliny finansów publicznych może skutkować już w niedalekiej przyszłości głębokim kryzysem gospodarczym.

INFLUENCE OF WEAKENING THE PUBLIC FINANCE ON THE MARKET ON THE EXAMPLE OF SELECTED COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
Abstract
In the article the assessment of the state of the public finance sector in selected countries of the European Union is made and its impact on the market is presented. According to the authors, there is the feedback between the market and the public sector – particularly strong and visible in the recessionary period. On one hand, the market weakness negatively affects the position of the budget, on the other hand the debt crisis of the public finance sector is hindering the effective reaction in the period of bussines recession. Moreover, both the theory of trade cycles and analysis of current macroeconomic indicators show that the indiscipline of the public finance can result in the near future in an deep economic crisis.
