Streszczenie
W artykule poruszono problem wszechobecnej walki z czasem, którą podejmują współczesne organizacje. Dynamika otoczenia i jego narastająca złożoność oraz intensywna konkurencja wymuszają na organizacjach nieustanne przyspieszanie procesów działania. Sytuacja ta otwiera pewne możliwości, które mogą ułatwić osiąganie sukcesu, ale może również być źródłem zagrożeń dla dalszego funkcjonowania organizacji. Z tego względu celem artykułu jest zainicjowanie dyskusji nad kwestią działania organizacji pod presją czasu oraz podjęcie próby określenia szans i zagrożeń jakie stwarza ta sytuacja.

ORGANISATION WORKING UNDER THE TIME PRESSURE - OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS
Abstract
The article touches the subject of the overwhelming time battle undertaken by modern organisations. The dynamic of the surrounding environment and its complexity as well as intense competition pushes the organisation towards constant action. This process provides certain possibilities that might bring forward the potential success but it can also be the source of threats for the further functioning of the organisation. For this reason, the aim of the article is to initiate a discussion on the matter of functioning under the time pressure and to outline the opportunities and threats caused by the situation.
