Streszczenie
Przegląd literatury wskazuje, że właściwie przygotowany i przeprowadzony proces wdrożenia strategii jest istotny w zrównoważonym rozwoju zarówno na poziomie pojedynczych podmiotów gospodarczych, jak i całych systemów społeczno-gospodarczych. Mimo to opracowania dotyczące realizacji strategii częściej poświęcone są formułowaniu strategii, natomiast rzadziej dotyczą czynników czy propozycji działań umożliwiających sprawną jej implementację, szczególnie jeśli dotyczy to regionów.
W artykule podjęto tematykę foresightu jako narzędzia wspomagającego proces zarządzania strategicznego na poziomie regionalnym, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wykorzystania tej metodyki w procedurze wdrożenia strategii.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ECONOMIC CHANGE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY IN THE REGION WITH THE USE OF FORESIGHT METHODOLOGY
Abstract
The literature review indicates that properly executed process of implementation the strategy is important in the sustainable development both at the level of individual businesses, as well as the entire socio-economic systems. However, studies on the strategic management often relates to the formulation of strategies, and less proposed activities to improve the implementation of strategy, especially when it concerns the region.
The article presents the foresight as a tool to support the process of strategic management at the regional level, with particular regard to the use of this methodology in the procedure of implementation of the strategy.
