STRESZCZENIE
W dotychczasowych dyskusjach nad zjawiskiem przedsiębiorczości społecznej w znikomym stopniu analizuje się problematykę związaną z wykorzystaniem zasobów przez przedsiębiorców. Wykorzystując istniejącą światową literaturę przedmiotu na ten temat, autorka dokonuje wstępnego zarysu koncepcji teoretycznych, które mogą być użyteczne w analizie zasobów i ich wykorzystania w przedsiębiorczości społecznej. Odwołuje się również do zachowania określanego majsterkowaniem, prezentuje jego różne rodzaje, ukazuje wielowątkowość tego zjawiska i bazując na dotychczasowych opracowaniach na ten temat, konkluduje, iż majsterkowanie jest immanentnie związane z naturą przedsiębiorczości społecznej.

RESOURCE EMPLOYMENT VIA BRICOLAGE – A NECESSITY OR FREE CHOICE IN SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Abstract
The discussion on social entrepreneurship have analysed the resource context to the limited extent. The author, makes an attempt at outlining conceptual framework related resources and their employment in social entrepreneurship, using the existing theoretical framework in the discipline. A reference to the bricolage, is made as entrepreneurial adaptive behavior is made, as well as its forms and nuances. While referring to the most current references on resource employment in the entrepreneurial process, the author concludes that bricolage is inherent in the nature of social entrepreneurship.
