STRESZCZENIE
Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest analiza inwestycji w aktywa niematerialne, czyli kapitał ludzki, a właściwie inwestowanie w składowe tego kapitału (wiedzę, umiejętności, zdolności, zdrowie, motywację, postawy, wartości). Ma to stanowić w przyszłości źródło dochodów zarówno dla pracownika, jako właściciela kapitału ludzkiego, jak i dla inwestora (organizacji). Celem pracy jest próba ukazania, jak istotne w aspekcie opłacalności dla inwestora jest inwestowanie w kapitał ludzki (jego składowe), mimo wielu przeciwności oraz związanego z tym ryzyka. W pracy wyeksponowano problematykę inwestycji, zaprezentowano metody wartościowania oraz opisano ryzyko związane z inwestycjami i jego determinanty.

RISK INVOLVED IN HUMAN CAPITAL INVESTMENT
Abstract
The subject of this work is an analysis of investment in non-material assets i.e. human capital, more precisely investment in the components of the capital (knowledge, skills, abilities, health, motivation, attitudes, values). In the future these components are to be the source of income for both the employee – owner of the capital and the investor (organisation). The aim of this paper is an attempt to show how important investment in human capital (its components) despite numerous adversities and risk involved is, in the aspect of profitability for the investor. I would like to emphasize issues concerning investment. These include, for example, methods of judgement and description of investment related risk and its determinant.
