STRESZCZENIE
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie na tle badań empirycznych dotyczących pokolenia 50+ analizy zmian demograficznych na rynku pracy w Polsce i związanych z tym konsekwencji ekonomicznych w kolejnych latach. Przeprowadzone badania mają charakter pilotażowy i są opinią osób, które nie ukończyły 50. roku życia. Ich uzupełnieniem jest analiza wyników badań innych autorów w celu pełniejszego ukazania relacji zmian demograficznych, rynku pracy i pokolenia 50+.

Abstract
The aim of this article is to present the background of empirical research on the 50+ analysis of demographic change on the labor market in Poland and the associated economic consequences in subsequent years. The studies have a pilot character and are the opinion of the people who are under 50 years of age. Their addition to the analysis of the results of other authors in order to clarify the specific relationship of demographic changes in the labor market and the 50+ generation.
