W artykule przedstawiona została problematyka zarządzania ryzkiem innowacyjnym w organizacji. Teoretycy i praktycy podkreślają różne podejścia do zagadnienia ryzyka, uważając jednak, że najważniejsza jest jego identyfikacja, a także sprawny i efektywny system zarządzania nim.

RISK INNOVATION RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE ORGANISATION
Abstract
The author of the article present issues relating to innovation risk management in the organisation. Risk is present in all activities of the mankind if we are unable to control or precisely foresee the future. Theoreticians and practitioners have various approaches to risk. Risk identification is one of the fundamental ideas of a contemporary economy. The implementation of the contemporary methods of the evaluation and innovation risk reduction minimizes irrational operation and allows to implement optimal choices and investors’ decisions.
