Streszczenie
Planowanie przestrzenne to interdyscyplinarna dziedzina naukowa i zawodowa, która na przestrzeni lat ulegała swoistej ewolucji. W artykule na przykładzie fragmentu miasta Poznania przedstawiono, jak zmieniające się uwarunkowania, zwłaszcza prawne, wpływały na treść opracowań planistycznych na przełomie XX i XXI wieku w Polsce. Analiza poszczególnych planów z lat 1975–2008 pozwoliła określić ich zróżnicowane podejście do dysponowania przestrzenią, a także spojrzeć całościowo na ponad 30-letni wymiar planowania przestrzennego w Poznaniu.

THE ANALYSIS OF PLANNING DOCUMENTATION AND ITS INFLUENCE ON FUNCTIONAL AND SPATIAL CHANGES IN A SPECIFIC FRAGMENT OF THE CITY OF POZNAN IN THE YEARS 1975–2008
Abstract
Spatial planning is an interdisciplinary scientific and professional field which in the space of years evolved in a specific way. This work Thesis presents how changing conditions, especially legal, affected content of planning study at the turn of XX and XXI century. It’s shown in the example of fragment of the city of Poznan. Analysis of particular plans from 1975–2008 allowed to study their diverse approach to space management and also to look holistically on over 30 years old dimension of regional planning in Poznan. Comparison of land use in the last years of the analysis, in turn revealed degree of implementation and rightness of zonings’ records. Twofold attitude to this subject contributed to draw a conclusions and confront changing planning decisions and theirs results with paradigms of land management, namely spatial order and sustainable development.
