Streszczenie
Artykuł omawia problemy i możliwości związane ze starzeniem się społeczeństwa w Polsce. Poruszono kwestie związane z systemem zabezpieczenia społecznego, rynku pracy, gospodarki. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy stwierdzić można, że starzenie się populacji ma zarówno negatywne, jak i pozytywne konsekwencje.

Abstract
The paper discusses the problems and opportunities of ageing society in Poland. There have been discussed certain issues related to the social security system, labor market and economy. As a result of the analysis it can be stated that the aging of the population has both the negative and positive consequences.
