Streszczenie
Celem artykułu jest ukazanie klastra jako generatora kapitału relacyjnego, wpływającego na rozwój regionalny. W części teoretycznej zdefiniowano klaster, kapitał relacyjny oraz rozwój regionalny. W części analitycznej ukazano klastry zlokalizowane w województwie zachodniopomorskim. Przestawiono również zalety klastra dla rozwoju regionalnego.

A CLUSTER AS A GENERATOR OF RELATIONAL CAPITAL FOR REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The aim of this article is to present a cluster as a generator of relational capital, which has a great impact on regional development. In the theoretical part the author defines a cluster, a relational capital and the regional development. An analytical part shows clusters located in Western Pomerania. The advantages of the clusters for regional development are also presented in this article.
