Streszczenie
Celem artykułu było zbadanie, jak innowacyjność systemów pomiarów osiągnięć w poszczególnych przedsiębiorstwach różni się w zależności od innowacyjności regionu, w którym one funkcjonują. Podsumowując badania, można potwierdzić słuszność tezy, że innowacyjność gospodarki czy regionu jest tworzona dzięki innowacyjności podmiotów gospodarczych funkcjonujących na tym obszarze na przykładzie innowacyjności pomiaru osiągnięć. Zidentyfikowano województwa, w których nakłady zarówno inwestycyjne, jak i na B+R w przeliczeniu na mieszkańca są najwyższe, przeciętne i niskie, oraz zbadano, jak innowacyjność systemów pomiarów w przedsiębiorstwach różni się w zależności od regionu w Polsce. Liderem jest województwo mazowieckie o najwyższych nakładach na B+R oraz o systemach pomiaru osiągnięć w przedsiębiorstwach najbardziej zbieżnych z ich celami strategicznymi.

Performance measurement innovation of enterprises in terms of regions
Abstract
The purpose of the article was to examine how innovation of performance measurement systems of individual companies varies depending on region innovation in which they operate. To summarize the above-mentioned test can confirm the validity of the thesis that the innovation economy of the region is created through innovation of firms for example by the innovation of performance measurement. During research were identified the Voivodeships were R&D expenses per capita are highest, average and low and it was examined how innovation measurement systems in enterprises differs depending on the region in Poland. The leader is Masovian Voivodeship with the highest R&D outlay and measurement systems in most enterprises face with their strategic objectives.
