STRESZCZENIE
Ceny gruntów rolnych w Polsce w ciągu 10-lecia (2003–2012) wzrosły niemal 3,5-krotnie. Na zmianę trendu wzrostowego cen nie wpłynęły nawet perturbacje związane z globalnym kryzysem gospodarczym. Zauważalne jest jednak istotne zróżnicowanie regionalne funkcjonowania tego segmentu rynku nieruchomości. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja różnic
na poziomie cen gruntów rolnych na rynkach regionalnych oraz próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy występujące różnice mają swoje uzasadnienie w odmiennych uwarunkowaniach rozwoju tych rynków?

REGIONAL DIFFERENTIATION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND PRICES IN POLAND
Abstract
Prices of agricultural land in Poland within 10 year period (2003–2012) soared over 3,5 times. It was one of the highest dynamics of price changes on all segments of real estate market. However noticeable differences in price levels can be observed on regional markets. The aim of the article is to identify regional differences in prices and their dynamics on agricultural land markets. It also verifies whether variation in land prices has its justification in market fundamentals.
