Streszczenie
W artykule dokonano analizy zjawiska bezrobocia w Polsce w latach 2011–2012 oraz jego wpływu na strukturę zawodów charakteryzujących się niedostateczną podażą siły roboczej na rynku pracy. Celem opracowania jest zbadanie zawodów deficytowych na tle bezrobocia oraz ustalenie kierunków działań mających na celu pomoc osobom bezrobotnym w wejściu na rynek prac, a pracodawcom w pozyskaniu pożądanych zasobów siły roboczej. W pierwszej części artykułu opisano polski rynek pracy w latach 2011–2012, druga część opracowania zawiera charakterystykę bezrobocia w ostatnich latach, natomiast ostatni punkt został poświęcony analizie zawodów deficytowych.

ANALYSIS DEFICIT PROFESSION IN RELATION TO THE NUMBER OF UNEMPLOYED IN THE YEARS 2011–2012
Abstract
The article presents the phenomenon of unemployment in Poland in the years 2011–2012 and its influence on the structure of professions characterize by an insufficient supply of labor in the labor market. The aim of the study is to investigate deficit professions in the background of unemployment and to determine courses of action to helping the unemployed person entering the labor market, and employers to recruit the desired employees. In the first part of the article describes the Polish labor market in 2011–2012. The second part of the study to include the characteristics of unemployment in recent years, and the last chapter is devoted to the analysis deficit professions.
