Streszczenie
W artykule dokonano analizy struktury wydatków gospodarstwa domowego na towary i usługi konsumpcyjne w zależności od wielkości miejscowości zamieszkania, grupy społeczno-ekonomicznej i poziomu wykształcenia osoby odniesienia w gospodarstwach domowych oraz podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy istnieje zależność między strukturą wydatków gospodarstw domowych na towary i usługi konsumpcyjne a wybranymi czynnikami. Wykorzystano test niezależności chi-kwadrat do zbadania wpływu wybranych czynników na strukturę wydatków gospodarstw domowych w Polsce. Wykazano, że klasa miejscowości zamieszkania, grupa społeczno-ekonomiczna oraz poziom wykształcenia mają istotny wpływ na to, jaki jest udział poszczególnych kategorii w wydatkach na towary i usługi konsumpcyjne ogółem.

FACTORS AFFECTING THE STRUCTURE OF EXPENDITURE OF HOUSEHOLDS IN POLAND
Abstract
In the article the structure of households’ expenditures on consumer goods and services was thoroughly analysed. The work was also an attempt to answer the question whether there is a relationship between some factors and the structure of households’ expenditure on consumer goods and services. The chi-square goodness-of-fit test was used to examine the influence of these factors on the structure of expenditures of households in Poland. In the article it has been shown that the size of locality of residence, the socio-economic group and the level of education of reference person in the household have a significant impact on the share of each category of expenditures in the total amount spent on customer goods and services by households in Poland.
