Streszczenie
W artykule badano wybrane prawidłowości dotyczące obrotu mieszkaniami na rynku wtórnym. Zdefiniowano segment mieszkań „popularnych” i sprawdzano stałość struktury powierzchni zbywanych mieszkań oraz relacji przeciętnych cen i cen najczęściej uzyskiwanych w czasie. Badaniem objęto szczeciński rynek mieszkaniowy w latach 2005–2010. Wykorzystano 7029 obiektów, opisanych sześcioma zmiennymi.
