Streszczenie
Przedsiębiorstwa prywatne stanowią podstawowe miejsce pracy dla Polaków, dlatego warto analizować ich rozwój. Z tego względu celem artykułu jest przedstawienie aktualnych determinant rozwoju przedsiębiorstw prywatnych. Dlatego przeanalizowano podział warunków gospodarowania, które mają wpływ na prawidłowe funkcjonowanie i rozwój przedsiębiorstw. Dodatkowo scharakteryzowano najważniejsze elementy, takie jak konkurencyjność i efektywność zarządzania, mające bezpośrednie przełożenie na sensowność istnienia danej działalności. Przedstawiono także aktualne bariery rozwoju przedsiębiorstw w Polsce. Artykuł w całości daje obraz najistotniejszych elementówwpływających i determinujących działalność przedsiębiorstw prywatnych.

Private companies are the main place of work for the Poles, so you should analyze their development. Therefore aim of this article is to present the current determinants of development of private enterprises. Therefore analyzed the distribution of business conditions that affect the proper functioning and development of enterprises. In addition, characterizes the main elements, such as competitiveness and efficiency of management, having a direct bearing on the reasonableness of a particular activity. Also presented the current barriers to enterprise development in Poland. The article in its entirety gives a picture of the most important elements influencing and determining the activities of private enterprises.
