Streszczenie
Głównym celem artykułu jest ocena źródeł innowacyjności polskiej gospodarki. W pierwszej części zanalizowano działalność badawczo-rozwojową, stanowiącą wewnętrzne źródło innowacyjności, zaś w części drugiej rolę międzynarodowego transferu technologii ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zagranicznych inwestycji bezpośrednich jako źródeł zewnętrznych.

THE SOURCES OF INNOVATIVENESS OF POLISH ECONOMY
Summary
The principal objective of the paper is to estimate the sources of the innovativeness of Polish economy. The first part of the article has analyzed research and development activity which determines the inner source of innovation while the second part focuses on the role of international technology transfer with particular emphasis on the foreign direct investments as the external sources.
