THE ISSUE OF ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF WORKERS 'COMPETENCIES' TRAINING PROGRAMS
Summary
The implementation of the concept of learning organization is expensive and investment in human capital does not cause return of investment in short period of time. That is why enterprise which is oriented towards principles of self-financing and profitability has to calculate when planning programs of competencies’ development. In this context it is important to measure competencies. The measurement means the evaluation of competencies’ level among particular workers in comparison to profiles created for particular job positions. The result of competencies’ audit is starting point for planning programs of professional development.
